Delivery in Bulgaria is FREE!
Products in stock are delivered within 3 working days. We normally dispatch stocked goods within 24 hours. This delivery time does NOT include weekends and holidays. Working hours during the week when we can be contacted by phone, chat or on Facebook and Instagram – Monday – Friday; 10am-5pm. You can email us at any time.
The period of delivery of the goods and the starting point from which it runs is determined for each good separately upon conclusion of the purchase contract and its confirmation. For each order shipped, we, as the Supplier (Seller) of the products, notify each of our customers by email that the shipment has been shipped. Customers are contacted by telephone in the event that we need to clarify details around delivery details or any of the products ordered. In case the customer is a regular and not ordering for the first time, they are only notified by email without the need for a phone call!
Please note that orders placed after 1pm during the day may start processing the next day. If your order is urgent, please contact us to arrange if it is possible to receive the desired products more quickly.
The Seller reserves the right to set a longer period, for which it shall notify the Customer. In the event that the Seller has not set a delivery period, the delivery period of the goods shall be 30 calendar days from the date following the placing of the order through the Online Shop.
Each order is shipped with a PREVIEW option to ensure that the package contains the products you want and that the integrity of the packaging and product is not compromised in transit!
In case you find a discrepancy, breakage or crumpled packaging, you have to fill in a Claim Report, which the courier is obliged to provide to you. Once we are notified of the problem, we will contact you to resolve it and continue to be your inspirational place for health, beauty and longevity 🙂

PAYMENT
Payment options in the Alpha Life Sciences online store:
– Cash on delivery via postal money order – PPT* (cash payment on delivery; NO receipt is issued as the courier issues a receipt for cash on delivery via PPT)
*Effective March 2019 and based on the legal basis in Regulation H-18 of 2006, Article 3 for “Registration and reporting of sales”, the online store https://alphalifesciences.com/, represented by Alpha Life Sciences Ltd., operates cash on delivery by postal money order (PMO) with a licensed postal operator. According to the wording in the regulation, the use of Postal Money Order on the banker’s direct debit exempts us from the obligation to issue a Fiscal Receipt. This circumstance does not require any additional effort on the part of the Seller or the Customer.
Payments are made by cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods by courier. More information can be found in our Terms and Conditions!
The online store reserves the right to refuse a second order to a Customer who has already ordered once and has not gone to collect the goods from the couriers, disadvantaging the online store with payment for delivery in both directions and contrary to the conclusion of a distance contract. In this case, the Online Shop can only accept the order if the amount for payment of the entire order is transferred in advance.

RETURN OF GOODS
The right of withdrawal and return does NOT apply to food supplements and unpacked cosmetic products, as they fall under one of the following legal exceptions under Article 57 of the CPA:
3. For the delivery of goods made to the user’s order or according to his individual requirements.
4. for the supply of goods which, by their nature, may deteriorate or have a short shelf life, such as food, drink and food supplements;
5. for the delivery of sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
7. perfumes, creams and other bulk cosmetics which have been unsealed after delivery.
*Please do not send back goods COD as we will not accept them! Returns will only be refunded by bank transfer after reviewing the returned products to verify that they meet the return requirements in these terms and conditions!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURN to the General Terms and Conditions of Alpha Life Sciences Ltd. for the use of the online store https://alphalifesciences.com/ and for making purchases of goods through it:
Art. (1) The user-consumer shall have the right to withdraw from the distance contract without giving any reason, without compensation or penalty and without paying any costs, except for the costs provided for in Art. 3 and Article 55, within 14 days from the date of:
1. conclusion of the contract;
2. acceptance of the goods by the consumer or by a third party other than the carrier and designated by the consumer – in the case of a contract of sale, or:
(a) where the consumer has ordered multiple goods in a single order which are delivered separately, from the date on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and specified by the consumer takes delivery of the last good;
(b) in the case of delivery of goods consisting of multiple lots or parts, from the date on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the consumer accepts the last lot or part;
(c) in the case of contracts for the regular delivery of goods, which shall take place over a specified period of time from the date on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the consumer takes delivery of the first goods;
(2) The right of withdrawal under par. 1 shall not apply in the following cases (Art. 57):
- for the provision of services where the service has been provided in full, where the contract provides for an obligation on the consumer to pay, and performance has commenced with the consumer’s express prior agreement and acknowledgement that he knows he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader;
- for the supply of goods or services the price of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the trader and which may occur during the period for exercising the right of withdrawal;
- for the delivery of goods made to the user’s order or according to his individual requirements;
- for the delivery of goods which, by their nature, may deteriorate or have a short shelf life;
- for the delivery of sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (such as earplugs, clothing, underwear, swimwear, socks, baby products, epilators, razors, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, medical devices in contact with the human body, including stethoscopes and masks, etc.);
- for the supply of goods which, having been delivered, have by their nature become mixed with other goods from which they cannot be separated;
- for perfumes, creams and other loose cosmetics which have been unsealed after delivery;
- in any other case provided for by law.
(3) Where the consumer wishes to withdraw from the distance contract, he shall inform the Seller of his decision before the expiry of the period referred to in par. 1 of this Article. In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the User-Consumer may use the standard withdrawal form in accordance with Appendix No. 2 (referred to below in these Terms and Conditions) to these Terms and Conditions or state unequivocally in writing to the e-mail address info@alphalifesciences.bg, his decision to withdraw from the contract. The User-Consumer has exercised his right of withdrawal from the Contract if he has sent a notice to the Seller of the exercise of his right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period referred to in par. 1.
1. In the case of delivery of goods that are delivered promotionally together with other goods in a bundle, upon exercise of the customer’s right of withdrawal under this Article and the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer shall be refunded the respective reduced amount of the individual price of the goods taking into account the ratio of the prices of the goods in the e-shop when not purchased together (i.e. the ratio between the non-discounted prices of the goods).
(4) In the event that the User-consumer exercises his right of withdrawal under par. (1), the Seller shall be obliged to refund in full the amounts paid for the products, excluding the delivery thereof, not later than 14 working days from the date on which the User-Consumer has exercised his right of withdrawal from the concluded contract.
If the User-Consumer exercises the right of withdrawal from the contract, the following rules shall also apply:
- The Seller shall not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs of delivery of the Goods where the User-Consumer has expressly chosen a method of delivery of the Goods other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by the Seller.
- The Seller shall be entitled to withhold payment of amounts due to the User-Consumer under this paragraph 4 until it has received the goods or until the User-Consumer provides proof that it has sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
- The User-Consumer must send or hand over the goods back to the Seller or to a person authorised by the Seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the User-Consumer has notified the Seller of his decision to withdraw from the contract The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the User-Consumer sends or hands over the goods back to the Seller before the expiry of the 14-day period.
- In case of exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract, the User-consumer shall pay only the direct costs for the return of the goods, i.e. the courier service for the return of the goods.
- The User-Consumer undertakes to keep the goods received from the Seller, their quality and safety during the return period.
(6) In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract of sale, the User-consumer has the right to make a claim by requesting the Seller to bring the goods into conformity with the contract of sale.
(7) Claims shall be accepted from Monday to Friday between the hours of 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on the Seller’s website from which the goods were purchased or the service was ordered or at another location specified by the Seller.
(8) Where the consumer goods do not conform to the contract of sale, the seller shall be obliged to bring them into conformity with the contract of sale. Bringing the goods into conformity with the contract of sale is free of charge for the User-consumer. He shall not be liable for the cost of shipping the goods or for the materials and labour involved in repairing them and shall not suffer any significant inconvenience.
(9) If the complaint is justified, the User-Consumer may choose between repairing the goods or replacing them with new ones, unless this is impossible or the chosen method of compensation is disproportionate compared to the other.
(10) The goods must be brought into conformity with the contract of sale within one month of the claim being made.
(11) After the expiry of the one-month period referred to in par. 12 of this Article, the User-Consumer shall have the right to cancel the contract of sale and to be refunded the amount paid or to request a reduction in the price of the goods. The Seller shall be obliged to grant a request for cancellation of the contract and to refund the amount paid by the User-consumer when, after having satisfied three of his complaints by repairing the same goods, within the warranty period of the goods, but not more than 2 years and there is a subsequent occurrence of non-conformity of the goods with the sales contract.
(12) The user-consumer may not claim for cancellation of the contract if the non-conformity of the goods with the contract is insignificant or is due to the use of the goods!
Standard instructions for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 47, paragraph 4 of the CPA and a standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal are attached to these General Terms and Conditions as Annexes 1 and 2.

Information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal
Standard cancellation guidelines:
I. Right of withdrawal from the distance contract.
II. You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons within 14 days.
III. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date:
(a) in the case of a contract of sale where the goods are delivered in a single delivery: the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and appointed by you took possession of the goods;
or
(b) in the case of a contract under which the consumer orders multiple goods in a single order which are delivered separately: the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you took possession of the last good;
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your name, current address , telephone number, and e-mail address and of your decision to withdraw from the contract with an unequivocal request to the e-mail address: info@alphalifesciences.com. In this case, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of the cancellation.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
IV. Effect of the waiver.
If you cancel this contract, we will refund any paid goods* we have received from you (excluding the additional cost of your chosen method of delivery) without unreasonable delay and in any event no later than 14 working days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction or by bank transfer after your express consent.
“Alpha Life Sciences Ltd has the right to delay the refund of payments until you have received the goods back until you have provided us with evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
If you have already received goods in connection with the contract at the time you exercise your right of withdrawal, the following rules apply:
1. We expect you to send or return the goods to us with the postal money order receipt received from where the goods left without unreasonable delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The time limit shall be deemed to have been complied with if you send the goods back to us before the expiry of the 14 day period.
You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods, i.e. pay for the delivery. The cost is not expected to exceed approximately the cost you paid to the courier company when you received delivery of the goods from us.
